VEAL/CHICKEN SCALLOPINI
MARSALA W/ MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:
1 lb veal scallops OR CHICKEN
Kosher salt & cracked peppercorns to taste
2 Tbl olive oil
1 egg, well beaten, set aside
1/4 cup flour for dusting veal
1 jar La Maison Signature Marsala with Wild Mushrooms
(Optional) rice or pasta
How to Prepare:
Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to cover bottom of pan.
Mix flour, salt and peppercorns in small bowl.
Dip each veal piece in egg, shake off excess egg, and then dip directly into flour mixture.
Place veal in skillet and cook for approximately 1-2 minutes per side.
In the mean time, place La Maison Signature Sauces Marsala with Wild Mushrooms in sauce pan and heat on medium/low, stirring occasionally, until sauce begins to simmer.
Place veal scallops on individual preheated plates or on warmed platter. Cover with sauce and serve.
(Optional) May be served over rice or pasta.
