carrots and peapods
w/ ORANGE SAUCE

Ingredients:

 

1  Jar La Maison Signature Sauces Savory Orange Sauce

1½ Cups  Sliced carrots (or use small bag of carrot miniatures)

2 Cups   Fresh pea Pods (or 6-oz pkg of frozen, thawed)

1 TBL  Cornstarch 2 tsp                     

Soy Sauce 

How to Prepare:

  • Cook carrots in saucepan until fork tender, adding peapods in the last 2-4 minute to just heat through.

  • Meanwhile, place cornstarch, soy sauce and Savory Orange Sauce in small saucepan and heat, whisking until smooth.                 

  • Drain vegetables, add sauce and serve.
