Individual Meat-loves with Chipotle Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

 

3 lbs  Meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal) or just ground beef

2  Eggs, uncooked

1 Cup  Italian flavored bread crumbs

3-4  Large cloves of garlic, minced

1 Cup  Shredded cheddar

1/2 Cup  Parmesan cheese, ground

2 TBL  Basil, dried

1TBL  Oregano, dried

1 TBL  Marjoram, dried or ground

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Jar  La Maison Signature Sauces Chipotle Cream Sauce

 

 


How to Prepare:

  • Mix all ingredients well with hands.  If meat mixture seems a little dry and hard to mix, add 1/4 cup water.
  • Shape into 8 large individual meat loaves.
  • Coat baking pan with cooking spray and place meatloaves in pan w/sides not touching
  • Bake 30 Minutes at 350ºF.
  • After 30 minutes, remove meatloaves from oven and top with heated La Maison Signature Sauces Chipotle Cream Sauce
  • Note: These meatloaves freeze well before baking.  If you do not need the full quantity of the recipe, put into individual freezer bags and store up to 6-8 weeks.  Remove from freezer, thaw completely and bake according to directions.
