Marsala puff w/ mushrooms

Ingredients:

 

1 package of Pepperidge Farms frozen pastry shells

6 oz shredded cheddar cheese

1 jar La Maison Signature Marsala w/ Mushrooms Sauce


How to Prepare:

  • Preheat oven to 350º F.

  • Bake 6 puff pastry shells according to package directions.  (Bake on the crispy, firmer side)  This may be done up to 4 hours in advance and set aside at room temperature.

  • Place Marsala with Mushrooms in sauce pan on medium heat, stirring frequently until sauce starts to simmer.

  • Remove center tops from cooked pastry and fill shells with sauce.  Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Return shells to 350°F oven until cheese melts.  Serve on individual plates with forks.
