Mussels with Pomegranate & Saffron

Ingredients:

 

1    Large Sweet Onion, diced

1    Loaf French Bread

1    TBL Olive Oil

1/2 Cup of White Wine

4    Lbs. mussels, beards removed

1    Lb pasta (optional)

1-2 Jar of La Maison Signature Sauces POMEGRANATE & SAFFRON Sauce


How to Prepare:

  • In a saucepan, add 1 Tbl of Olive Oil, sauté diced onion for a minute, add wine and reduce for 10 minutes.

  • Add La Maison Signature Sauces Pomegranate & Saffron Sauce.

  • Add mussels and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Serve over pasta (optional) and/or French bread
