Slow Roasted Acorn Squash in Pomegranate w/ Saffron BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

 

3-4     Acorn squash, peeled and cut into wedges

1 jar La Maison Signature Pomegranate w/ Saffron Sauce

1/4 Cup Dark Molasses

 


How to Prepare:

  • Place squash wedges on a foil-lined cookie sheet or baking pan and place in a preheated 400ºF oven.

  • In small sauce pan, mix two ingredients, and stir until completely incorporated and sauce is bubbling.

  • Baste squash every 15 minutes with sauce to roast evenly on all sides.  Cook until fork tender approx. 1 hour.

  • The parsnips will have a caramelized look to them.
