Spinach Cheese Bake w/ Chipotle Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

1 TBL  Butter, melted or cooking spray

2  6oz  Packages baby spinach

1-1/4 Cup  Shredded cheddar cheese

3/4 Cup  Monterey Jack cheese

1 1/3 Cups    Flour

1 1/2 Cups    Milk

1 Cup  Egg substitute (or 2 large eggs)

1 tsp  Salt

1 tsp   Baking powder

2 tsp  Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp  Black pepper

1/8 tsp  Nutmeg

1/8 tsp  Ground red pepper

1 jar  La Maison Signature Marsala w/ Mushrooms Sauce

How to Prepare:

• Use cooking spray or melt butter in 9x13 pan.
• Layer spinach & cheeses evenly in bottom of dish.
• Mix all other ingredients and pour over spinach.
• Bake 350ºF for 40 minutes till lightly browned.
• While spinach bake is in oven, warm Chipotle Cream Sauce.
• After plating, top each serving with 1-2 TBL Sauce.
